Shipping within Australia

All parcels have a flat rate of $8- regular post. We do offer Express Post at $11. Orders at $100 and over within Australia are shipped free of charge.

All orders once processed and payment confirmation received will be dispatched within 24hours and sent by Australia Post or Fastway. We use a combination of both in order to keep shipping costs low and competitive. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number by which you may track the progress of your shipment via the Australia Post website or Fastway website. Please allow between 1–10 working days.

Please Note: To add extra security we recommend adding ‘Signature on Delivery’ which is available at the checkout. We can take no responsibility for loss or damage to your item and this feature may give you some peace of mind should the unlikely event occur.

There is an option to add ‘Extra Cover’ which is $1.50 per $100, or part thereof. We do not include this option at the checkout, however if you would like to add this to your parcel, please email A-List Kids with your order number and payment for this cover will be arranged.

**Please ensure you have provided correct and complete addresses, including a company name if package is being delivered to a work address. To receive the confirmation email, ensure you leave an email address at the checkout.

International Shipping

A-List Kids offers worldwide shipping. For international shipping, we use Australia Post- Air Mail in order to include a large variety of countries. Due to the varying countries and prices according to destination and weight, we cannot offer a flat rate.

Table 1.1 below illustrates the Zones and corresponding countries according to that zone. Table 1.2 illustrates the postage rate you can expect according to the zone and weight of your parcel. These are a guide only, used from Australia Post- your exact quote will be calculated, and you will be notified of this cost as soon as possible.

International buyers, please tick ‘International (quote)’ at checkout which will charge $0 to your order. Once order is paid for and your email address and postal address is provided, we will send you a separate quote and invoice for the accurate cost of postage. Orders will be posted within 24 hours (business days) of postage charge being received. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery once dispatched. Table 1.2 below illustrates standard postage. It does not include pack and track, insurance, or Registered Post. If you would like any of these three features added to your package, please specify in comments section of check out so that we can include them in your quote.

After your order and postage is paid for and order is dispatched, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you paid for tracking, insurance or registered post, the details of these will be provided in your email.

Please Note: A-List Kids checks your items to ensure it doesn’t leave faulty. Your items are packaged with care in the hope that they travel well. A-List Kids does not take any responsibility for loss or damage of items once it has been handed over to Australia Post. It is up to you to add these insurances if you want that piece of mind.

Please Note: Customs fees and taxes that may be charged in your country are the responsibility of the buyer. A-List Kids does not include these fees in the Tables provided above, nor is it included in your accurate quote invoice.
