We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem him or her to be misusing our service or using our service in an unlawful manner.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our service, products or prices, at any time, without notice or consequence.

Privacy

A-List Kids takes your privacy and security seriously and assures all our customers that we will protect your right to privacy. Any personal details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity outside of A-List Kids. All customers must provide an email address to allow communication with A-List Kids regarding orders placed such as confirmation email and tracking number. Any information, in which A-List Kids holds, is used for the sole purpose of processing your order correctly and getting your product/s to you.

We do not hold or store your credit card details following the placement of orders. PayPal is our payment gateway which you can be assured is a safe payment gateway. Refer to their site for more details regarding their privacy policy and security (www.paypal.com).

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the option to use a credit card through PayPal which is a secure payment gateway used to protect both A-List Kids and you as a customer. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours once payment confirmation has been received.

All prices displayed are current, but are subject to change, at our discretion.

Pre-Orders

Orders which contain both pre-order and in stock items will be shipped when pre-order items are in stock.

Orders will not be shipped separately, we advise that you place separate orders if you require in stock items to be shipped immediately.

The arrival date of pre-order items is out of our control. We do our best to advise an accurate release date, however, if delays or cancellations occur A-List Kids will not be held liable.

Returns / Exchanges

A-List Kids would like you to feel confident when ordering online, so if you find that your selection is not what you expected or the wrong size, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving purchase and we will arrange an exchange (only). Exchanges will only be given after the item/s are returned to A-List Kids and are in original condition; unused, unworn and with all labels intact. There is no exchange on sale items.

Please note: You will be responsible for return post to A-List Kids, as well as having the exchanged item/s sent back to you.

Damaged / Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked and packaged with care before being handed over to shipping company. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged / broken due to manufacturing please contact us immediately at admin@alistkids.com.au. The faulty item must be posted back to A-List Kids at your own expense for inspection before a replacement or refund can be given. A-List Kids takes no responsibility for damages caused during the time it is in transit. You have the option of ‘Signature on Delivery’ at the checkout (Australia only), and further, you can arrange ‘Extra Cover’ with A-List Kids. Please ensure that if you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order so that they can take liability.
